This year marked the tenth workshop of the series. Specialists and policy-makers from eleven countries and regions of Asia, as well as specialists from OECD and the ILO, met on 5-6 February 2004 in Tokyo, in order to examine the current situation regarding international migration and related policies in Asian countries, and to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and information between the region’s policy makers and experts.
